Know Any Good Dr.s?

Jordyn asked:
I have a good friend in Provo who is dealing with infertility and is looking for Doctor recommendations. Would you mind passing along names of the Doctor(s) you liked? A good dr. is worth their weight in gold. Thanks!

I think this question can be expanded to any doctors in the Salt Lake/Utah Valley area.

Doctor or specialist? I go to the reproductive center in draper and love it. I've heard the U is the best.

I went to Dr. C. Matthew Peterson (801.581.4838), who is head of Reproductive Endocrinology up at the U. He is at Utah Valley Regional one friday a month, I believe. That's where I saw him at and then did a study up at the office at the U. They do a lot of studies, that are great for the free drugs & exams - which is a steal, since insurance screws you for being infertile. I think he's great and refer him to people all the time. He got me pregnant...my little girl turns 1 on Tuesday!

hey, I thought I'd add my 2 cents -- a friend of mine just got pregnant after trying 27 months (this will actually be her third baby) -- and I asked her about her doc. This is what she said:
"I went to Dr. Nick Weibell. He's fairly new. He's at Aspen Women's Clinic. It's on University Ave. right across the street from the Malt Shoppe. I love him and would totally recommend him. He's very personable and kind and he thought of things that my regular doctor never did. We got pregnant just two months after meeting with him, so I think he does know his stuff. Hope this helps. "
